Having trouble uploading from your phone?

Some phones (especially iPhones and newer Androids) may strip photo metadata (like GPS location) when uploading through the browser for privacy reasons.

If you're seeing errors like "no metadata found", Install the app from the Google Play Store. This allows access to full photo metadata.

If you're still having issues, consider transferring your photos to a computer and uploading them from there.
